We believe in fair, transparent returns. Here's everything you need to know about our refund process at Torque Collective™.
30-Day Return Window
From the date of delivery
We stand behind every product we sell. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To begin the process, contact our support team at support@torquecollective.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Return window starts on the confirmed delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
Condition & packaging standards
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all included accessories, documentation, and hardware present. Products that have been installed, used, modified, or show signs of wear are not eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Used or installed items may not qualify for a full refund.
Restocking Fees
Applicable to large shop equipment
Due to the complexity of logistics and warehousing, a restocking fee applies to returns of large shop equipment — including but not limited to car lifts, vehicle alignment systems, and heavy-duty compressors. This fee covers the costs of freight, repackaging, and inspection necessary to re-list the equipment for sale.
Restocking fees are deducted from your refund total, not charged separately.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Bank processing times may vary by institution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are final sale
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:
- Electrical components and ECUs once installed
- Custom-fabricated or special-order parts
- Consumables (fluids, filters, brake pads)
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Products with a broken or tampered serial number sticker
