Order Processing & Handling
How we handle your order before shipment
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Processing time is separate from your chosen shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Transit Times
Delivery timelines across the contiguous U.S.
We offer shipping across the contiguous United States. Transit times depend on the size and weight of your items. Standard Parcel Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Freight Shipping (LTL) for heavy equipment takes 5–10 business days.
Large items like car lifts, tire changers, and heavy shop machinery require professional freight delivery. Please ensure your delivery location is accessible for large trucks.
Shipping Methods
Parcel and LTL freight options
Parcel Delivery: Smaller components and parts are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. LTL Freight: Heavy-duty equipment is shipped via professional freight carriers. If your delivery requires a liftgate or is being delivered to a residential address, please specify this at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Liftgate service is available for residential freight deliveries — select this option at checkout if needed.
Tracking Your Order
Stay informed every step of the way
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's tracking portal.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier site after dispatch.

Where we currently deliver
Currently, we ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for high-ticket equipment. For inquiries regarding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please Contact Us for a custom quote.

Damages & Shipping Issues
What to do if your order arrives damaged
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. For freight deliveries, any visible damage to the packaging or equipment must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@torquecollective.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
Always photograph damage before and during unpacking — this documentation is critical for carrier claims.
