Manufacturer's Warranty

Every product sold through Torque Collective™ is backed by its original manufacturer warranty — covering material defects, structural failures, and component integrity from day one. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and claim procedures vary by brand and product. Always refer to the documentation included with your product for exact terms provided by the manufacturer.

What Is Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship, structural component failures under normal use conditions, mechanical and hydraulic malfunctions, and electrical module failures not caused by physical damage or misuse. Structural components such as lift columns and frame rails carry extended coverage of 3–5 years.

What Is Not Covered

Warranties do not cover physical damage, drops, or fluid damage; damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality; seals, gaskets, and wear items beyond 90 days; or products with removed or altered serial numbers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Start with us — we will guide you through the entire process. Contact Torque Collective™ support with your order number, product SKU, photos or video of the defect, and a brief description of the failure. Our team reviews claims within 1–2 business days and will either coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf or provide you with everything needed to escalate the claim yourself. We will not leave you to navigate the process alone.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to manufacturer warranties, Torque Collective™ offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery — no hassle, no runaround. We also guarantee 100% product authenticity with zero counterfeit, grey-market, or unauthorized goods. If a product does not match its listed specification, we make it right, no questions asked.

Warranty Registration

Some manufacturers require product registration to activate the full warranty. Please check the documentation included with your product and complete any required registration directly with the manufacturer. Torque Collective™ is not responsible for warranty coverage lost due to failure to register. Our support team can assist you in locating registration information for any product we carry.

Claim Process — Step by Step

Reach our support team via email at support@torquecollective.com or call (844) 867-7830. Have your order number and product SKU ready. Claims initiated by phone or email are logged within 24 hours.

Our team will request supporting documentation: clear photos of the defective component, a brief description of the failure, and your original order confirmation. This allows us to validate and escalate to the manufacturer quickly.

Once approved, we will arrange a direct parts replacement, full unit swap, or store credit — depending on the nature of the claim and manufacturer policy. Most claims are resolved within 5–10 business days.
